Merry Christmas from Pacific Coast Relief – Here’s our first music Compilation for your listening pleasure.
Aloha Friends and Family,
Volume 1 – Sunsets over keyboards is an activity based playlist inspired by focused and meditative “getting-in-the-zone” work while medicating on cannabis culled from months of listening in the founders office.
It is inspired by the soothing qualities of the Pacific Coast, the cannabis sativa plant and Ibiza sunsets at Café Mambo.
What better way to medicate than at your favorite sunset spot on the coast – whether it be a spectacular never forget sunset in Santorini, Greece or something closer to home like Southern California beaches
Or in front of your computer.
Volume 1 – “Sunsets over Keyboards” is a compilation of 14 songs created during working in front of a computer and is good for focused activities. Its serves as a dare I say “background music” but please don’t categorize it as Easy listening!
We tried to make our list based on influences from Ibiza blissed out Balearic beats to hypnotic rhythms. Soothing music when it's close to 4:20.
Here's the playlist on Youtube.
Press Play and enjoy the sunset!
And Merry Christmas!
We are working on remixes as well in the future and drafted 8 more volumes. We are interested in hearing your favorite playlist and are seeking suggestions and ideas.

Just read impressive research by National Academy of Science titled: The Health Effects of Cannabis and Cannabinoids.
Did an impressive job on the thourough research with clear chapter highlights and findings.
The book is available free for download. Here is the studies webpage

Here is a segment of the chapter highlight
MENTAL HEALTH
Cannabis use is likely to increase the risk of developing
schizophrenia and other psychoses; the higher the use
the greater the risk.
In individuals with schizophrenia and other psychoses,
a history of cannabis use may be linked to better
performance on learning and memory tasks.
Cannabis use does not appear to increase the likelihood
of developing depression, anxiety, and posttraumatic
stress disorder.
For individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorders, near
daily cannabis use may be linked to greater symptoms
of bipolar disorder than non-users.
Heavy cannabis users are more likely to report thoughts
of suicide than non-users.
Regular cannabis use is likely to increase the risk for
developing social anxiety disorder.

The Vendor Expo Experience
If you are a not for profit collective such as Pacific Coast Relief then it’s worth your while to attend Vendor Expo – a highly regarded B2B event.
At vendor expo I have made connections with top brands and professionals who are genuinely passionate about the medicine. Every booth offers me an opportunity to learn and inspire. The companies presenting care about quality and are enthused to explain why they are so awesome. It’s an engaging experience that leaves me smarter and thus more valuable to my patients.
