You are invited to join a unique cannabis research study called

DO YOU USE MEDICAL CANNABIS?
Our goal is to gather experiential data on 1000 patients across California. This study is approved by Stanford University, is being conducted by the Institute for Research on Cannabis (IROC) and the VA Healthcare System, and underwritten by Sensi Chew. Medical papers will be written and published from the findings and will provide valuable insights for the medical community and entire cannabis industry. This is an online study on HIPPA compliant servers and all patient information is confidential.

Here’s how you can participate:

Go to the survey link and complete the survey
When finished print out the coupon and redeem at a participating dispensary for a FREE $12 Sensi Chew. If you are using a mobile device make a screen capture of the coupon.
Return each month when prompted and update your survey history, and get another coupon.
